With Zuper’s first-class integration with Zoho CRM, Zuper seamlessly helps across your sales, services, and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. A. How to connect your Zoho CRM with Zuper?

  1. Open a new tab in your browser after logging in to your Zuper Account. Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the screen and select the “App Store.”

  1. Under the “Browse by Category,” select the “CRM” option and choose “Zoho CRM.”

  1. Click the “Install Zoho CRM” button.
Zcrm3 Pn Switch to the Zuper tab on your browser and log in to your Zuper account.
  1. Provide the necessary permission details for the Zoho CRM.

  1. Update Zuper Settings by configuring the following fields:
a. Reverse Integration User ID (Mandatory) – From the Employees module in Zuper, select the “User,” copy the ID, and paste it into the “Reverse Integration User ID.” b. Zoho Region (Mandatory) – Europe, India, and Australia; this will be automatically based on the Zoho regions. You can choose from the drop-down list if the region is not listed automatically. c. To create the Zuper API key, Click here to know how to create and use API keys
Note: The update should be auto-synced from Zoho to Zuper properly.
We create separate users, with whom we create app keys and use them. Zcrm5 Pn Select the “Update” button to connect the Zoho app with Zuper.

B. How does Zuper–Zoho Integration work?

  1. Log in to your Zoho account and create a workflow from Zoho.
The Sync happens from Zoho deal to Zuper Job | Zoho Account as Zuper Organization | Zoho Contact as Zuper Customer.

C. How to Uninstall Zoho CRM from Zuper?

  1. Click on your Profile Picture in the top right corner of the screen and select the “App Store.”

  1. Under the “Browse by Category,” select the “CRM” option and choose “Zoho CRM.”

  1. Click on the “Uninstall App” button.

  1. The Zoho CRM app is uninstalled successfully.
Zcrm8 Pn Using Zuper integration with Zoho CRM, you can easily create & dispatch field visit jobs, pick the right slot & technician using Assisted Scheduling directly, and access Zuper Job-status updates within Zoho CRM.
